FAQs

  • Returns/Exchanges/Refunds (All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes site-wide sales, holiday sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Defective / Wrong Product – We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure that you get the right item as soon as possible! Please send us an email at catchdattee@gmail.com. Please include your order number, name, email address used on the order. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork. Make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap.
  • Can I cancel/modify my order? – We will try to be as accommodating as possible if you have any issues. Please send an email to catchdattee@gmail.com and we will try to help.
  • I forgot to use my discount code – Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you, or us, to change it once it has been submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped? - It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5- 8 business days

International: 10-20 business days

How do I track my order? - If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at catchdattee@gmail.com.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still do not have it. What should I do?Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you will not be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at catchdattee@gmail.com with your order number.

 

SIZING – What size should I order?

Each product on the store has a size guide and the product description listed. If you have any additional questions regarding sizing please drop us a line at catchdattee@gmail.com.

 

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
